Faktor penyebabnya yakni antara lain seperti aktifitas, genetik, dan lemak.

Cara mengecilkan betis secara alami merupakan cara terbaik yang saya rekomendasikan untuk anda. Cara ini sangat mudah dilakukan karena kita hanya perlu latihan fisik saja, namun selain itu ada baiknya di imbangi denga pola makan yang sehat pula agar hasilnya lebih maksimal. Cara Mengecilkan Betis

1. Calf Raises

1. Posisi berdiri tegak dengan kaki rapat
2. Angkat badan anda keatas dengan mengangkat tumit dari atas lantai
3. Pusatkan berat tubuh pada ujung kaki anda
4. Tahan gerakan mengangkat selama beberapa detik lalu turunkan kembali

2. Split Squat Jump

1. Salah satu kaki maju kedepan dan kaki satunya ditekuk hingga lutut menyentuh lantai.
2. Melompatlah setinggi mungkin dan ketika mendarat ganti posisi kaki yang tadinya dibelakang sekarang didepan.

3. Skipping atau Lompat Tali
Lompat tali atau skipping merupakan salah satu latihan yang cukup mengasikan, selain dapat menurunkan berat badan ternyata lompat tali juga mampu mengecilkan betis anda. Yang harus anda lakukan yakni hanyalah melakukan latihan lompat tali selama kurang lebih 20 menit. Latihan ini akan membuat gerakan sedemikian rupa yang menggerakkan betis anda.

4. Sprint atau Berlari 
Latihan yang satu ini sangat mudah untuk dilakukan dan saya yakin anda pasti bisa. Yang harus anda lakukan hanyalah berlari cepat saja. Selain dapat mengecilkan betis anda, latihan ini juga dapat menurunkan berat badan.

5. Bersepeda
Selain mengasikkan cara ini juga dapat mengecilkan paha anda secara efektif jika dilakukan secara rutin dan teratur. Yang perlu anda lakukan yakni hanya bersepeda saja, anda dapat menggunakan berbagai macam sepeda. Bagi anda yang tidak mempunyai sepeda, anda juga dapat menggunakan sepeda statis di gym. Aktifitas ini akan membakar lemak dalam tubuh anda dan tentu saja pada paha anda.
